This website (circa.global) is operated by Cookz Life Ltd., a company registered in Israel and trading as Circa Global (“Circa”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@circa.global.

2. What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data needed to run the site:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, the type of contact (advertiser, publisher, affiliate or other) and your message.
  • Emails you send us: the content of your email and your contact details.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider may automatically log information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site working.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site, and we do not sell your personal data.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible business relationship.
  • To manage an existing business relationship with you or your company.
  • To keep the website secure and working properly.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running our business, on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on legal obligations where relevant.

We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

  • Base44, which hosts this website, stores contact form submissions and sends us email notifications about them.
  • Our email and business software providers, which we use to communicate with you.

We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights. These providers may process data outside Israel and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we have an ongoing business relationship or a legal reason to keep them longer. After that, we delete them.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or delete it;
  • object to or restrict how we use it;
  • receive a copy of it in a portable format.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Access to contact form submissions is limited to Circa’s founders. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical storage to deliver the site securely. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

9. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
